Thanks CityPASS for supplying two booklets! Good luck to all who enter.
tourist [too r-ist] (noun) 1. a person who is traveling, especially for pleasure.
So, all travelers are tourists. There is no other way around.
Without a doubt that to get a citypass while visiting such cities as NYC, Toronto its of a great value, since all together you get to have amazing discounts in all those attractions. Last time i was in New York I did get myself a city pass.
Good luck with this giveaway
That’s a great way of looking at it, João. I certainly do travel for pleasure.
The last time I was in NY was over ten years ago. I think it’s time I put it back on my list. What are a couple of your favorite experiences from New York?
City passes are a good idea – thank you for giving some of them away but… I live in Italy!
I don’t think it will be of much use to you in Italy, Claudia. 😉
Do they have similar passes in Italy?
What a great giveaway! I would love to use the CityPass in San Francisco. Unfortunately I won’t be in the states for awhile! Good luck to all those who enter!
Which country are you in currently, Leah?
Great Giveaway!
I´m sad that can´t be part of it, I´m pet sitting in Bulgarian countryside and I have flights book to Thailand next month.
Anyway, when we plan our trip to USA I will have CityPass as my first choice to explore the big attraction!
All the best,
Nat
That doesn’t sound too bad, Natalie 😉
Which areas of Thailand will you be visiting?
Whenever I’m visiting a new city I always check out some sort of city pass. The important thing is to make sure that you are going to get genuine value out of the pass and take advantage of the discounts and offers. In some cities (such as in Paris) the Museum Pass also allows you to jump the queue to enter so always check out those “added” bonuses
That’s a huge bonus when there are excessive amounts of tourists in places like Paris. Is that where you’re located, Jo?
I do have to say that some stuff in the NYC’s City Pass is pointless, i.e. the Museum of Natural History does not cost $22. That’s a suggested donation, but everybody’s entitled to enter by paying whatever donation they choose. Other than that, I’m sure CityPasses around the world offer good deals.
I see your point on the donation ones. I didn’t run in to that in Atlanta. It was a great value. I wonder how many others are like that? I definitely consider that next time I book a pass.
What country are you in currently?
I’m not over in the US but if I was the CityPass sounds like a great value way to see the sights. Attractions can really cut into your budget when travelling so this is a great giveaway for anyone in the US.
What country are you in currently, Kate? Is that your home?
Vacation time has yet to begin and my kids are beginning the I am bored and want to know what we are doing
Good luck with fun planning for the summer. I’m sure you’ll think of fun ways to enjoy it with them. How many children do you have?
Great giveaway! Thanks!
Oh I think these types of passes are excellent for the right type of people. I think its important to really research what is offered against what you are planning to actually do. For most travelers it would be a great benefit, thanks for sharing and for hosting the competition.
I always buy passes when visiting cities to save money!
Have you ever used CityPASS, Stephanie? What was your favorite city where you were able to use a discount pass?
