Still Without a Halloween Costume? Try One of These OVO Options

Ovo by Cirque du Soleil

There is no production that I love more than one by Cirque du Soleil. Every time I see a show, I am completely awe struck by the performers and their capabilities. As soon as I moved to Frisco, Texas, I researched if any Cirque du Soleil productions would be touring in the area and found that OVO will be in Forth Worth from April 30, 2020 – May 3, 2020. Ovo is a touring Cirque du Soleil production written and directed by Deborah Colker. The name Ovo means “egg” in Portuguese. This goes with the show’s theme of the life cycle and birth of insects. It’s on the top of my bucket list for 2020. While checking out the site and ticket options, I noticed super adorable face painting tutorials that would be perfect for Halloween, especially if you’re looking for a last minute Halloween costume idea.

I like the spider the most, especially since you can throw on any black clothes and you really don’t need anything else for the costume. Originally, Athena was going to go as a zombie cheerleader but the weather has turned quickly here in Frisco and I think a black sweater and black jogging pants, along with the spider makeup, would make for a much warmer, fun night.

Happy Halloween!
