The Palm Beaches with a Toddler
Lion Country Safari
Lion Country Safari is known for it’s drive-through safari with hundreds of animals, but it also offers animal encounters, animal feeding experiences, amusement park rides, a water playground, boat tours, and dining. It was the best of all of our favorite family-friendly parks combined into one destination.
Lion Country Safari has over 900 wild animals including lions, giraffe, zebras, and rhinos. At Lion Country Safari, large herds of animals from 6 continents roam free on safari, while humans visiting are enclosed in their vehicles.
After visiting the four-mile drive-through safari, guests can explore Safari World Amusement Park, which is included in your admission. Also included in your admission is a waterpark, rides, and shows.
Additionally, there is giraffe feeding and bird feeding for a small fee. And you can’t forget the super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Additionally, they offer an 18-hole miniature golf course, a quarter-mile-long trail that connects 15 exhibits, including a Physics Forest, FPL SolarScape, interactive splash pad, gem panning station, and a dinosaur walk. Their open-air amphitheater features daily live science shows, trivia sessions, and concerts.
Rapids Water Park
Rapids Water Park is 35-acres of fun for the young and young at heart. The park includes a wave pool, 42 water slides, and a quarter mile lazy river.
The cool thing about the park is that the little child-friendly details go a long way. In the lazy river, their are tubes for kids. At Barefootin Bay, a large pineapple tipping bucket rings for several seconds before it spills so little children that are nervous have a chance to get out of the splash of water.
The water fun is endless at Rapids Water Park!
Little Princess & Prince Tea Party at The Chesterfield
The Chesterfield Hotel offers a Little Prince and Princess Tea Party and we felt like royalty when we attended. They provide a crown and a boa in a royal setting with royal service.
The whole experience feels authentic as you dine on a selection of irresistibly tempting sandwiches, treats, and cupcakes. The choices of tea are endless and their are plenty of options for children as well.
What more could a little prince and princess want than to enjoy afternoon tea in regal splendor?
