Turner Falls Park is the oldest park in Oklahoma. With natural caves, hiking trails, a stone castle, and a 77 foot waterfall creating natural swimming pools within 1,500 acres of fun, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
It’s particularly family-friendly because of the paved path along the river that leads all the way to the waterfalls. Bring along a stroller or a cooler full of food and drinks to enjoy hours of outdoor fun.
Additionally, there are restrooms located at the base of the waterfall and natural swimming pool area and there is a canteen at parking area 1 for snacks, drinks, and water toys.
Arbuckle Wilderness
Arbuckle Wilderness, located in Davis, is fun for the whole family. Guests enjoy more than 200 acres in the Arbuckle Mountains with hundreds of exotic animals roaming free.
Don’t forget to pick up feed at the entrance to feed ostriches, zebras, camels, cattle, deer, and more.

Chickasaw Nation Welcome Center
The Chickasaw Nation Welcome Center includes a lounge area, a gift shop featuring made-in-Oklahoma products, an outdoor children’s playground, a dog park, and Bedré Fine Chocolate right next door.
It’s the perfect stop to learn more about the area and pick up locally-made products.
The Bluebird Cottage
If you’re looking for a unique weekend getaway, then The Bluebird Cottage is the place for you!
The Bluebird Cottage sits in the beautiful Arbuckle Mountains, and it’s just 1 mile from Turner Falls Park.

Lake Murray Riding Stables
The Lake Murray Riding Stables offers the perfect horse back riding experience for those looking for an adventure as well as a casual ride along beautiful nature trails.
