The sizzling stone became our personal cooking surface, and I eagerly places the first pieces of cheese upon it. The delicate aroma filled the air, and I couldn’t wait to dive into this indulgent feast. I carefully selected my preferred combination of cheeses and allowed them to melt slowly, creating a gooey, irresistible concoction. The experience of cooking the cheese, as well as meats, vegetables, and breads, to perfection on the hot stone was not only delicious but also engaging and interactive. To complete the dining experience, the knowledgeable staff recommended pairing the Rocklette with locally sourced wines. The expertly chosen pairings enhanced the flavors and added an extra dimension to the overall culinary journey.

We spent the night in the Alpine Hut nestled high in the mountains. Our excitement reached new heights as we gazed at the rustic wooden cabin surrounded by panoramic views. Equipped with a comfortable bed, warm blankets, and quaint furnishings, our hut offered a unique blend of simplicity and comfort. We woke up to the crisp mountain air and stunning views, as the rugged beauty of nature unfolded just outside our doorstep.
