For families seeking an adrenaline rush, Davos Adventure Park offers an impressive array of ropes courses and zip lines. As we followed the well-marked trail through the lush valley, Max’s eyes widened with excitement at the sight of wildflowers blooming along the path. The sound of rushing water grew louder as we approached the waterfall, and when we finally stood before its cascading beauty, we couldn’t help but be mesmerized.

Sertig Valley offers charming mountain huts and cozy restaurants where families can indulge in local cuisine. We stopped at a rustic eatery to savor traditional Swiss dishes and tasty desserts. The warm hospitality of the locals made us feel right at home, and Max was delighted discover the children’s play area at the back of the restaurant, something that is very common in Davos.

One of the highlights of visiting Sertig Valley is the chance to immerse yourself in the traditional alpine farming culture. The valley is dotted with charming alpine huts and working farms, where families can witness the daily activities of farmers and their livestock. We were giddy with excited as we walked around a corner during our waterfall hike, only to be greeted by dozens of cows returning from the fields. It was a special treat and fortunate timing.
